“Our roof was nearly 33 years old and had developed a leak, so we got 4 estimates and decided to replace it. We went with Xtreme because of the price and because they required no money up front — every other company wanted 50% down, which is a red flag. Their proposal was clear and met all of the Nevada Contractors Board requirements. They completed the entire job in three days, just like they promised, with 6-7 workers on site at times. They matched our existing tile perfectly, cleaned up every day, and even repaired a few tiles for an elderly neighbor at no charge.
