Repairs range from resealing and replacing flashing, to swapping damaged shingles or tiles, to fixing ventilation issues that are cooking the roof from underneath. If the decking underneath a leak has rotted, we'll show you the damage and repair that section before closing the roof back up.
We're upfront when a roof is past the point where repair makes sense — usually when there's widespread granule loss, multiple layers of aging material, or damage spread across most of the roof rather than one isolated area. In that case we'll tell you honestly instead of running up repair costs on a roof that needs replacing.
